Richard has 16 years experience in the salon industry. He's worked for Hair Cuttery for 4 years. Visage Express for 2 years. Harlow Design for 9 years. He has gone through one week's trainign at Sassoon in Toronto, Canada. He can do haircuts and relaxers.

Tracy has 3 years of experience in the salon industry. She specializes in haircuts, colors, highlights, up-do's, curl/iron,and perms as well.
